What is the NOBULL return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-edition releases may be final sale.
How do I find the right fit for NOBULL Trainers?
Most of our footwear, including the Trainer and Runner, fits true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomier fit for high-impact training, we recommend sizing up by half a size.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, NOBULL ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
How should I clean my SuperFabric® trainers?
SuperFabric® is highly durable and water-resistant. We recommend hand washing with cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the materials.
